Grupo Necomplus, specialized in positioning customer experience at a strategic level in leading businesses has promoted the new category of Customer Experience at the MIA 2018 Awards, the grand awards event of the Alicante province brands. This new category is revolutionizing the concept of marketing, the quality of services provided and the customers shopping experience, with more attention focused on the perception of each customer interaction with the brand. Given its impact, the awards host Mediterranean Marketing Club deemed it worthy of inclusion to the event. The awards were born last year to give visibility to the best business practices in the various categories of Digital Brand; Family oriented Brand, Most Innovative Brand, Protection and Defense of the Brand, Strategy and Branding, and Socially Responsible Brand. These awards have gained interest in this second edition by incorporating what is now a priority on the CEO’s agenda, as it guarantees generating memorable experiences for its clients.

Necomplus, for its trajectory and know how, has promoted the Customer Experience Award that recognizes the quality of the services, the focus of the companies on the client, the ability to generate outstanding experiences, the design, measurement and control of the perception of the brand in each interaction, as well as the personalized contact with customers.

The jury of professionals, made up of 20 marketing directors of large companies, media, marketing agencies and university professors deemed based on its merits that Goldcar be presented with the 2018 Award for Customer Experience.

Goldcar was awarded this accolade due to its new products such as Key’n Go (key collection in kiosk) as well as the Click’n Go (virtual app that provides a digital mobile phone key and also has a specific support line) and its focus on all interactions with their customers with a wide network of offices, multilingual telephone service with the broadest operating times of the sector, 24/7 roadside assistance in all countries, in addition to a friendly web and app or the analysis of the customer’s opinion in any format. Goldcar narrowly beat out the other finalists in the category due to their exceptionally good practices in Customer Experience. We are referring to Oh my Cut!, the chain of beauty salons with revolutionary aesthetics and 90 salons between Spain, Mexico and Colombia, with 400 employees and 600,000 clients served in 2017. Also standing tall is La Pajarita, company specializing in paper handling with more than 30 years of experience and presence in 17 countries over five continents, with products as unique as napkins with chocolate or red fruit aroma.

The event, which exceeded 200 attendees, brought together the most prominent businessmen and local managers of leading local companies, most of them with international projection such as Gioseppo, Pikolinos, Mustang, Lodi, Jesus Navarro (Carmencita), Kelme, Suavinex, Germaine de Capuccini, Gaviota Simbac, Toys Moltó, Energy Sistem, Banco Sabadell, BMW or Hidraqua (Suez Environnement Group), among others.
