Whistleblowing Channel

Necomplus has set up a whistleblowing channel through which it receives and manages any irregular or unlawful conduct that may be linked to members of the company or collaborators. The internal reporting channel can be used to report serious misconduct or suspected corruption, which may constitute serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences related to the activities of the entity, which the informant has observed or received information about in the course of their work or professional relationship.

The company undertakes to investigate all reports of possible breaches or non-compliance received through the whistleblowing channel. All reports will be investigated impartially and confidentially and appropriate action will be taken based on the results of the investigation for the protection of the whistleblower.It is important to note that reports made through the whistleblower channel must be bona fide, i.e. supported by concrete facts and evidence. Information may be communicated to the entity anonymously. Otherwise, the identity of the whistleblower will be kept confidential and will be limited to the knowledge of the Internal System Manager of the Channel.
