2019 Finalists of the MIA Customer Experience Award promoted by Necomplus

he finalists for the MIA Customer Experience award promoted by Grupo Necomplus, a member of the provincial committee of the Mediterranean Marketing Club, which is the organizer of the MIA Awards, the great brand event, have already been announced. The Toy Hotel, Asia Garden and Solvia have risen as finalists of the III Edition of the MIA Awards, and therefore take over from Goldcar rent a car, La Pajarita and Oh My Cut!, winner and finalists of the edition 2018 in the Customer Experience category.


On April 4, the ADDA will host these awards that recognize excellence and good marketing practices of brands in the province of Alicante, a forum of professionals that promotes the meeting of managers of the large Levantine companies. We will get to know the firms that will pick up the baton of the winners in previous editions, great brands of recognized prestige such as Giossepo, Gaviota Simbac, Aguas de Alicante, Goldcar rental, Germaine de Capuccini, Moltó, Actiu, Lodi or Pikolinos.

Selected from multiple candidates and thanks to their good practices in each category, the 2019 finalists are:

Finalists in Brand Strategy and Branding: Chocolates Valor, Vinos de Alicante PDO, Sprinter.

Finalists in Innovative Brand: PLD Space, EBBE, Mondraker.

Family Brand Finalists: Pérez Cerdá, Salazones Serrano, Grupo Erum.

Digital Brand Finalists: Cookpad, Iristrace, Planeta Huerto.

Finalists in Brand Protection and Defense: Bocopa, Toys Cairo, Turrones El Lobo.

Finalists in Customer Experience Brand: Hotel del Juguete, Solvia, Asia Gardens.

Tourist Brand Finalists: Vectalia, Vivood, Cases Noves Boutique.

 The gala will end with a special award for Professional Career, an award promoted by Grupo Cajamar in recognition of the leadership capacity and motivation of teams, among other valued elements. In addition, the appointment provides an interesting presentation by Andrés Pedreño on Artificial Intelligence applied to the discipline of Marketing and Sales.
