Necomplus Hosts International Technical Training by Castles Technology

This week, Necomplus served as the venue for a technical training program on payment terminal repair delivered by Castles Technology, an initiative held at our in-house laboratory. The training brought together members of the technical teams of Payten Serbia and Payten Macedonia—companies within ASEE GROUP, of which Necomplus is also a member—in a session focused on technical enhancement and the exchange of specialized knowledge, with some participants bringing over 25 years of experience.

The program, led by Castles Technology engineers Alex Tiens and Mars Huang, who travelled from Taiwan for the occasion, covered advanced diagnostic and repair procedures for both Android and Linux payment terminals. Each work module provided an in-depth review of full diagnostic, repair, and assembly processes, aimed at strengthening technical accuracy and ensuring standardized methodologies.

At Necomplus, we emphasize the importance of continuous training initiatives. For this reason, we were delighted to host a program that contributes to extending terminal lifespan, enhancing merchant satisfaction, and ensuring a reliable and efficient payment experience for end users.

Through this initiative, the company reinforces its commitment to continuous improvement, technical specialization, and international collaboration within an increasingly global and innovative payments ecosystem.
