- This operation plans to integrate up to 200,000 terminals in the coming years.
Necomplus, a technology company in payment methods, has in its portfolio of solutions Agora, its own MDM for remote management of the Android POS network, which is compatible with any Android device, processor, or financial institution. The flexibility and robustness of Necomplus’ remote management system have been key for EMIS, Angola’s leading payment processor, to choose Agora for his projects to migrate their network to the open payment ecosystem.
EMIS, now in in the final phase of integrating MDM into its fleet, expected to be completed in July, will reinforce its leading role in the modernisation of the payment network in Africa with this project of transition from traditional terminals to Android, which will help in the integration of technology in payments.
Another Necomplus customer in Portugal, which has already implemented the MDM solution, is currently managing 17,000 terminals, while working on the stabilisation and modernisation of the platform, currently in the last acceptance phase. The client estimates that its migration campaign to Android terminals will enable it to manage 200,000 devices remotely, ensuring a better customer experience and network management at the click of a button.
Finally, the Necomplus MDM will also have a presence in Latin America. Specifically, it has recently been chosen by the main payment processor in Peru, confirming the solidity of its solution and the strong brand recognition among key industry players in the region.
