Comprehensive Service Management 

Necomplus manages processes and clients on behalf of brands by meeting their needs in a comprehensive manner. Starting from a diagnosis in Client Experience, we provide services such as omnichannel service to clients, backoffice specialist (BPO), telemarketing, retention, recovery of clients and surveys to sectors such as Banking, Insurances, Real Estate, Retail or Tourism.

In payment we are experts on services ranging from installation, maintenance and field repair of TPV/POS devices to the personalised software design.

  2. Coverage all around Spain, Expansion throughout the Iberian Peninsula

    Its initial activity focused on software development for payment terminals was expanded with its maintenance service based on its own laboratory. The network of delegations and on-site technicians was expanded to reach national coverage.

    In 2005 the subsidiary in Portugal opened.

  3. Part of the technological giant Asseco

    Necomplus became a member of Asseco Group, a technological corporation listed on NASDAQ with specialised solutions in Finances, Government and Utilities.

    It keeps strategic independence and gains financial muscle and access to the latest world technologies.

    Its service portfolio, apart from the TPV/POS comprehensive management, including software, expands to the area of BPO Contact Centre.

    Necomplus never forgets its commitment to international expansion policy.

    After consolidating its presence in Spain, Portugal and Andorra, it replicated its success model in countries such as Colombia, Peru or Dominican Republic.

    It has its own physical headquarters in six countries.

  • AEERC (scope Spain), Spanish Association of Experts in Client Relations, where Necomplus is part of the drafting committee for news on the sector.
  • Club Marketing Mediterráneo (scope Valencian Community), where Necomplus is a member of the provincial committee. In this forum, Necomplus co-organises the MIA brands awards, promoting the “Client Experience” award.
